Guarantee And Return Policy

Our products are made and packaged with great care. If you receive any shipment in damaged condition contact us immediately to ensure credit from our shippers. Our products are guaranteed for three years to be free of manufacturing defects. We accept no responsibility for damage resulting from use of any kind.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products you may return them within 7 days of receipt for a full refund – less 10% re-stocking fee. Refund does not include shipping costs from Flourish Company to you, nor the cost of return shipping. Returns must be in clean and unused condition. No returns will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization. Please call for return approval.

Shipping

We try to ship all orders within 24-48 hours from receipt of your order (Pro Gallery are always custom made and require 2 weeks to process). We ship via UPS and offer all their express options. To avoid expensive express shipping we urge you to allow as much lead-time as possible. We will calculate your exact shipping cost at the time you place your order.
